The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, offering not only assistance with tours and tickets but also providing helpful tips on hidden gems in the area. the attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the well-maintained accommodation to the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. the seamless blend of traditional charm and modern comforts created a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the continental breakfast offered at the charming café located under the property, a delightful way to start the day before setting out to explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. the proximity to the Opera metro station made it easy to navigate the city, with the famous Gran Via just a short distance away. Oriente Palace Apartments exceeded all expectations, combining a prime location with exceptional service and a cozy atmosphere.
